Asset condition and title
Sellers confirm they hold clear title to any equipment offered and that all liens are released. Final pricing may be adjusted where equipment condition, oil type or access differs materially from what was described.
Access and safety
Site work, when required, is subject to a separately agreed scope, qualified contractors, site requirements, and safe access and isolation provided or coordinated by the relevant parties.
Scheduling
Mobilization dates depend on permits, crane availability, weather and site readiness. We confirm each date in writing before crews are dispatched.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, Gasbox Equipment is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site. Liability under a signed purchase order is governed by that agreement.
